How to upload a document

Adding a document to the site a little more complicated than adding an article, but easier than pictures. 

  1. On your local PC create the document. Word Docs, PDF, spreadsheets are all valid document types.
  2. Select "Add Content->Add Document"
  3. Use the "Submit File" button on the upper right of the page.
  4. "Step 1 of 3": Select the "Upload a file from your computer" from the choices and press next.
  5. "Step 2 of 3": Use the "Choose File" button to find the file you created. Press the "Upload" button.
  6. "Step 3 of 3": Create the 
    1. Pick a good Title
    2. Select the best category.
    3. Provide a brief description of the document
    4. Approve the document
    5. Press "Save"
  7. Wait until the upload complete. 
  8. The next page will show the new document in the category that was selected in step 6.2. Find the "Publish" button and press it.
  9. Done! The document will now be available for users.
