Upcoming EventsNov. 8, 2008 - 7:50 AM PM Leaf Raking and Food Pantry Service. BRING rakes, tarps, leaf blowers, gloves and hats. this is the only work we do for the church that lets us use their hall all year long. All scouts are Required to do these service hours. If you cannot make it, please see a Scoutmaster. Rake leaves until 10:00 AM. Then we will work at food pantry till approx. 12:30 PM. Pizza will be served for lunch. Nov. 11, 2008 - 7:00 PM Troop Meeting (Panther Patrol flag duty). Merit Badge class 2 Nov. 15, 2008 - 2:00-3:30 PM, PLC Meeting. All Patrol Leaders and some scouts with Positions are required to Attend. Instructor Night Planning. Jan - June 2009 Schedule Planning. More details later. Nov. 16, 2008 - 7:00 PM Adult Leaders Meeting at the Fire Station. All Parents are invited and encouraged to attend. Nov. 18, 2008 - 6:50 PM sharp, leave at 7:00. Troop Meeting - fun night at Hoops Archery, Webelos II's invited. Nov. 21-23, 2008 - Plimouth Plantation Camping Trip. We will tour Plimouth Plantation, work on Rank Advancement and Pottery merit badge. Nov. 25, 2008 - 7:00 PM Troop Meeting. Merit Badge class 3 Dec. 2, 2008 - 7:00 PM Troop Meeting (fun night). Science Guy demo, from the Museum of Science. This is really cool and you don't want to miss it! Webelos II's are invited.
Leaf raking at the church this Saturday from 7:50 AM until 10:00. At 10 AM we
move to the food pantry in Town Hall to stock the shelves with the food the
Cub Scouts bring in. Work will wrap up approximately 1 PM. Pizza will be
served for lunch.
All scouts are Required to do these service hours. If you cannot make it,
please contact a SM (Scout Master) in advance.
